my morning consisted of running various errands...id like to think saturday morning is just free for me to do whatever, but to my parents its another situation...since you're home, do this do that...i just want to plop on the couch and watch cartoons...dagnabit..

right now blogger is acting wacky and my eyes are buggin me cause they're trying to get used to the contacts...i cant wait till they finally adjust so i dont have to blink so much...and i just read about the "triton vision"...

"schism" _tool_

i spent most of my day at the beautiful campus of ucsd...walking around, grabbing some info, and just soaking in the atmosphere of the university...mai and i were looking forward to speaking to our respective department heads but we werent able to find the place where the conference would be held...the campus is spread out, with 5 different colleges on it...jerome gave us a tour of the campus...not a complete tour, just what he has seen in the past 5 weeks...we spent lots of time in the ucsd book store taking advantage of the sale they were having...20% off on most of the stuff so jerome and mai went shopping...i was going to get an official ucsd shirt or sweater but i thought im in no rush, i have lots of time to buy ucsd gear...

afterwards we went apartment shopping...mai is looking for an apartment near campus, but for myself ill be making the commute from home to campus...yeah i wish i could move out but i might as well keep on dreaming...i have a room to myself, im not paying rent, and moms home cookin - im not ready to give any of these up, not just yet...but the experience of moving out and being on your own, i can only imagine...or i can just read about it from dan...

i just finished watching "traffic"...an almost 3 hour epic about drugs, corruption, and the politics behind it all...a little lengthy, but im thinking its because of all the inter-weaving stories...there were a few dry spots and music was a minimum but overall i enjoyed it...benecio del toro is the man...

my eyes are blood shot, my body aches, and im running off a 3 hour sleep...on top of all that, im still feeling sick...just shoot me now...i dont know if ill make it through the day...bleh...

good news though, ill be checking out UCSD tomorrow...its transfer day for all the transfer students...im skipping my friday morning class so its like a 3 day weekend for me...oh yeah!

the first official blog for the new look...you may have noticed a change...you may not have, but i wont hold it against you...im replacing the lyric of the day with the song of the day...now YOU can find out what i listen to...the daily blog will still be here and slowly ill add more stuff, so keep your eyes peeled...

tonight im working on my bio research paper thats due tomorrow...ive had all semester to do it, but once again ive waited to the last possible moment...procrastinator should be my middle name...ive been listening to "love line" for the majority of the time and my paper is still blank...either i listen till its over or i turn off the radio now...hmm decisions, decisions...if i dont start my paper now, ill be up until the butt crack of dawn...right now im avoiding my paper by blogging...geezy weezy...

i woke up this morning feeling like shit...my body ached, i had a sore throat, and my nosed was stuffed...not the best feeling in the world to wake up to...

yeah i know ive been slacking on blogger lately...sorry about that, its just that ive been trying to put together a decent layout cause the current one is boring and driving me and all of you out there insane...so hopefully today ill be able to put it up *cross fingers*...

i was hanging out with my two nieces today...man little kids are cool...so much energy and life...non stop fun...i remember when i was like that, i miss those days...

well i have two take home tests to complete for tomorrow, chem and physics...chem should be ahrite but phyics is going to be the tough one...one question with parts a through z...you know how those go, one mistake and every other answer is affected...
