today i went camping with my family and with my "aunties"...it wasnt really camping in the sense of trees mountains insects and animals...we were in camp pendelton where you can rent out cottages near the beach...the waves were huge enough to get your surf on, so the bodyboardin was even better...i was out there but it just got too cold without a wetsuit...

nothing is better than a feast after youve been out in the water workin' the waves...i was grubbin' all night long afterwards...

today i worked on my house in mira mesa, uprooting more tree stumps...hard work but someone has to do it...

at night i was hanging out with the navs...i tried a new boba flavor, thanks to melanie (ice cream blended blueberry)...it was so damn good...we also went bowling...bowling can be summed up with these words: killer air hockey and the pink panther!

today i went to ucsd and bought my books...$300 gone in an instant...not only do we have to pay ridiculous tuition fees but then we have to get over priced books...

i tried the 6 dollar burger from carl's jr. (but only paid $3.95)...a fat ole burger, restaurant-style but you cant tell them how to cook the meat...but i give it two thumbs up...*thumbs up*

the physics lab tonight was the most tedious lab ever...everyone just wanted to get the hell out of there...ugh i hope we dont have too many of those...

i spent my whole day in la again...fixing this and that, getting things signed...yeah work...

i got back home in the afternoon and the tv was on...nonstop coverage of the "attack on america"...this affects everyone but it hits harder in certain areas where they're are military establishments like san diego...its going to be like this for awhile, we just have to cope the best we can and continue to send out our prayers...

early this morning i was at the p.o.d. cd release gathering at a local wherehouse...they started signing at midnight but the crowds were there at 10pm...i arrived at about 11:30pm and the line wrapped around the friggin building...i didnt think there would be that many people, oh but i was wrong...i finally got my cd signed by the band at about 2:10am...yup it was well worth it...the cd kicks ass...go out and buy the cd...

i woke up at noon and my friend told me to turn on the tv...i was devastated by the sight and the words coming from the newscasters about the world trade center and pentagon...i remember visiting those places when i lived in new york...now the world trade is gone and the pentagon is heavily damaged...my prayers go out to the families who have lost someone and all the workers involved in this great tragedy...

my feet hurt, my mouth is parched, my throat hurts, my ears have that high pitched ringing, and my body is all sweated out...all signs of a kick ass concert...a phenomenal ending to my summer and the best $35 ive ever spent...yes, i have just come back from street scene...the largest music event in california and its right in my backyard...

one stage had the best line up: sugar cult, long beach dub all stars, p.o.d., offspring, and outkast...you cant top that...

the view was perfect...i was always 10 to 20 feet away from the stage and in the center...there was mad moshing, crowd surfing galore, and enough ganja smoke in the air to get high...

well im beat, so im off to bed...zZzzZz...
