i just had my physics quiz, it was a tough one...i really should go to all my physics classes...yeah that might help my quiz grades a little, ya think?....and i should befriend someone who took the class last quarter...anything to get an advantage over these smart bastards in my class...damn over-achievers...

well my day looks like its going to be a busy one...after a psych experiment at one, i have to head home and work on my uncle's house...then afterwards head back to school for navnite...then i got a call cause theres a bonfire tonight...yeah busy like a bee...

"my friends over you" ..new found glory..

the cell bio midterm was an ass-kicker...i skipped my meta class just to study for it...and after all that studying she was still able to throw a curve ball at me...well i did my best and thats all that i can ask of myself...

i was talking to someone today and we got to talking about grades...she was trying to maintain her 4.0 and because of a few quizzes and midterms it doesnt look like its going to happen...then i realized how many people get caught up thinking that grades are everything or that they define who you are...i guess i dont think like them because im not as bright as they are...hah oh well...

"time after time" ..eva cassidy..

an interesting thing happened to me today as i was waiting for the elevator at the psychology building...this woman looked at me and said i looked familiar...then she proceeded to ask if i went to mt. carmel high school...i said yes and then it clicked in both of our minds who each other was...i went to a school dance with her daughter back when i was a junior (her daughter was a senior)...it was trippy that she recognized me after 5 years...i must have left quite an impression with the family, hopefully it was a good one...well her daughter is graduating from USC this friday...hmm i wonder if she remembers me...

the reason i was at the psych building was to participate in a couple of experiments...yes ryan the labrat...just put me in a maze and have me find some cheese...

well im up late cramming for my cell bio midterm tomorrow...wish me luck...

"love burns" ..black rebel motorcycle club..

joyce jarrod and baby j are visiting from texas...so me and a few friends headed to her house to see the newborn baby...he's not even a month old (the youngest baby ive ever held)...i was holding him in my arms and he was just staring at me...then he started wiggling like crazy...what a rush it was to hold the little bebe...

thank GOD for brakes...i almost got into an accident going home from school today...i was going to change lanes cause i could see that my lane was slowing up ahead...then all of a sudden the person in front of me slams their brakes and i do the same...all i could think was please dont hit the car...i know i was like an inch away from the persons bumper, i could tell by my headlights reflection...that was too freaky...my heart felt like it dropped into my stomach...i drove fairly slow afterwards...

"whisper" ..wayne..

well today is monday and as usual i didnt feel like getting up...it was 8 already on the clock and i was thinking i have class at 9, should i get up or stay in bed...i decided to get up eat breakfast quickly, weave through traffic, and rush to class...as soon as i opened the door i looked in and noticed i didnt see my TA or anyone else familiar in class...i closed the door took a step back and thought what the heck?...i opened up my planner to realize that i dont have section until 10...DOH!...so now im just in the library killing some time on the comp before class...ahh and i really wanted to sleep in also...this will never happen again!

"tripoli" ..pinback..

friday: i took my physics quiz and i think i did okay, just think positive ryan...spiderman came out, but i didnt see it...i heard it was sold out everywhere and it broke the record for opening weekend...ill watch it after the crowds die down a little...

saturday: there was navlympics at UCSD...there was volleyball, basketball, ultimate frisbee, and other field games...UCSD is keeping the "stevely head" at home...

today: i went to work on the new rental...afterwards i went to a 3 hour review session for cell bio...then finally i caught up on all the tv ive missed this past week...im tired!
