today was grandmas party (her 85th birthday smash)...man it was so hectic and stressful for myself...first of all my mom tells me the night before that ill be emceeing the event with my cousin joy...next i get to the party late because i had to pick up my older bro (coming from florida) from the airport...i luck out cause it was time for lunch, so i was able to get a breather and get my mind right...during lunch i was able to talk to my cousin about how the rest of the afternoon would look with all the time slots...but with our luck everything get scrambled...time slots change, performances are added, people from every direction were giving us instructions...yes it was a little chaotic (saying little is an understatement) but we were able to survive through it all with a big smile on our faces...

the after party was at my house...all the relatives and cousins were over for more food fun and laughs...having a mess load of family over is the best...it got a little cramped but that just means that we need a bigger house...and you can never go wrong with a bigger house...

i had errands up the wahzoo today...i was going here, i was going there, i was going everywhere...and then as soon as i got home it was cleaning anything and everything in sight...im pooped...

"pretty girl" ..sugarcult..

it was the first day back at school and i woke up late...the night before, i had this weird feeling that i wasnt going to get up on time...and lo and behold when i look at my clock it was 715am and my class started at 8am...when i got to class there was a sign on the door that said there was a room change...in my head i was thinking, that's just great...by the time i made it to the other room, everyone was leaving already...i made it just in time to sign in...but it turns out that i didnt miss a thing...my friends said all i had to do was check in...

the rest of the day was spent going to my other classes, catching up with friends, meeting new people, and dodging the hordes of people on campus...ive never seen so many people on campus at the same time...give it a couple a weeks and everything will settle...ahh it feels good to be a senior...

"i'd do anything" ..simple plan..

i ran errands all morning...then it was cleaning all afternoon...i think ill be cleaning everyday until my relatives come on saturday...the reason is because my grandma (on my dads side) is having her 85th birthday party...we are having a little get together (about 200 people) and the afterparty is probably coming to my house...

well its time for some last minute things before i get ready for school...its kinda weird but im anxious to get back to school...the summer has been good to me but now im ready to hit them books...

"cut your ribbon" ..sparta..

yesterday: i went to the gym for the first time in forever...i went to workout with jerome...this guy is a gymrat in the making, he works out almost everyday...i was struggling to keep up, man im so out of shape...to top it all off we jogged a mile and a half (i only lasted one mile)...well hopefully ill be able to go regularly and maybe one day ill catch up to jerome...

today: i worked on my van...the radiator has been leaking...it took my uncle and i an hour and a half to remove it...the rest of the day was spent calling around and finding a reasonably priced replacement...when my dad got home we started putting it back...it took the whole night...we were working so long i was feeling weak...we didnt even eat till 9...it was a trip though, to watch my dad and his bro working on the van...they were telling me stories and at the same time i learned more about the both of them...but now im just so exhausted...i know people were trying to get a hold of me...sorry i was just busy...

"get over it" ..ok go..

today i just watched football and cleaned up before my parents came back from vegas...the chargers vs. cardinals game was a pretty good game...so far san diego is looking pretty good, but the real test will be the next few games...at night me rick angelo and my cousin brian went to shoot some pool...no one was the big winner tonight...everyone won and lost, some more than others...
