well im back at my house in cerritos...there was a little more yard work to be done...some touch up painting here and there...i had to install a new sink grinder cause the old one was jammed...we ended the day installing blinds for the windows...

"curbside prophet" ..jason mraz..

i just got back from the jason mraz concert...it was so damn good...anya marina opened up for jason...she is a san diego artist as well...she looks just like she sounds...you'll know what i mean after you hear one of her songs...jason mraz was entertaining as always...telling stories and busting jokes, a crowd pleaser definitely...the epicentre was sold out it was packed with all ages...this guy is blowing up, i just saw him on the craig kilborn show just a few nights ago...go check him out and buy his new cd out in stores now...

"the scientist" ..coldplay..

during school today i was cramming the whole time before my midterm (in my other classes and during my breaks)...i was reviewing my notes hoping it would stick...man the exam was tough...it was a blender of a test - multiple choice, fill in the blank and true/false...all i can do now is cross my fingers and hope for the best...

i love my lab class (biochemical techniques)...i have such a good time with everyone there...my lab partners leonard and jenny are cool as heck...and we get along real well with the lab group next to us...our side of the lab is always loud and crazy...we are always telling stories and cracking jokes...its amazing that we end up finishing our labs before everyone else...on top of all this our TA is so laid back and chill (she's kinda cute too)...

well i watched a large block of tv tonight...friends, scrubs, push nevada, off centre...and right now im trying really hard to update my site...im so sorry for the huge delays...

i went to a job search info session at school today...it was quite helpful and it answered many questions that i have in my head...with me just graduating around the corner, im still unsure of what exactly i want to do...its kind of scary but i know eventually something will come my way...

speaking of graduation...i need to study for my ecology midterm becasue i need to pass this class before anything else...

i skipped my first class this morning...i woke up early but decided it would be better for me to sleep in (hey i deserved it)...and that extra hour and a half did me some good, i was able to last another long ass day at school...

"work it" ..missy elliot..

i thought i was gonna go home early today but not with my luck...problems arose, the pipes for the tub were leaking (what a pain in the ass)...after the tub it was time to install the new sink...that didnt give us as much trouble, but we still need to buy extra piping...i spent the rest of the time replacing all the screens that enclose the patio (tedious like no other)...im so exhausted right now...i do not want to go to school tomorrow...

"ching ching" ..ms. jade..

el slumlord i was this entire weekend...im up here in cerritos (near long beach) working on one of my houses...one of our tenants moved out so its lots of work to get the house ready for the next tenants to be...there was lots of everything: yard work, repairs, painting, etc etc...but what took the majority of the time was replacing the bathtub and sink...yeah my dad thought it was time for a change...the thing was is that we had never replaced a bathtub or sink before...yeah so it looks like ill be staying an extra day to finish the bathtub and sink...now is a time that it doesnt pay not to have school on monday...
