happy thanksgiving!...i really didnt eat as much as i usually do...i didnt go for seconds or thirds, i had just one plate...is there something wrong ryan?...nope, i just didnt feel like eating today...very weird...maybe ill eat my fill of turkey and ham in the next few days...anyways besides eating i watched magnolia and the fellowship of the rings: special extended version...

"cant stop" ..red hot chili peppers..

i went shopping all over with my sister this morning and afternoon...our first stop was pacific beach...we hit up a couple thrift shops and shoe places...when i went to one of my favorite music places, i found out that they were going out of business...they had everything in the store marked down from 25-50%...i was able to picked up a convoy cd, a weezer poster, some buttons and patches...

next we headed to walmart and fry's electronics...we spent lots of time in fry's...we were there so long we had lunch there...they have some decent sandwiches...definitely worth the money you spend...we were there to buy a new printer...our current one takes forever to print (10 pages = 30 min)...you literally have to feed a single sheet everytime...man its horribly slow...so now we have the best and fastest out there...the epson stylus c82, it prints 22 pages per minute and prints photo quality pictures...now i cant wait to pick up a digital camera...our last stop was urban outfitters...all in all, i came out today with buying everything and my sister was empty handed...now that was weird, she's the one who wanted to shop...

"elevator" ..box car racer..

school was up and down today...things were great until i got my ecology midterm...i straight bombed it...i couldnt believe it, i really thought i did better...man it was like a sucker punch to the gut...

things were better when lab came around...i got my midterm back and i got a much needed B...i was pretty stoked about that...now im officially on thanksgiving break...i have class tomorrow but who's gonna show up the day before thanksgiving...not me...

"spybreak!" ..propellerheads..

i had errands to run in the morning and as soon as i was done i went into lazy mode...ryan is a lazy bum...the only thing worth blogging about was that i watched the matrix revisited...its like a supplemental dvd to the matrix...its all the extras and goodies that should have been on the matrix dvd...man i cant wait till the next one comes out...

"zimbabwe" ..bob marley..

i just came back from a bar in pb (rt's longboard and grill)...me and a few friends were checking the sounds of this reggae band (the devastators)...they did a cover of zimbabwe, man it was good...we were just hanging out talking and taking in the atmosphere...its sunday night, what else can you do?

this weekend had its ups and downs...friday i watched schindler's list, it was a damn good movie...i cant believe i never saw it earlier...its almost 10 years old...saturday i shot pool at stix...today i was working on a section of the driveway...we were extending it by mixing and pouring concrete...back breaking work it is...
